In an effort to speed up the foster/volunteer application we are asking our fosters and volunteers to pay an annual dues in advance. The general dues are only $15.00 per year, which barely purchases a single vaccination or bag of food. Any additional amount is greatly appreciated. This money will help provide some of the care that goes into your foster and other fosters. The nominal amount will also place you on our list for events and functions, as well as to receive our newsletter. We prefer that you to pay your yearly dues before we begin working your application. You can either pay them by snail mail: 220 Millbrook Rd , Martinez, GA 30907 OR by PayPal to: heartsong-ent@comcast.net. Once we receive your yearly dues we will begin working on your application and get you approved ASAP. If for some reason you do not pass or you change your mind we want you to know that your donation will go to help vet the many needy pets that we take in monthly. We will not begin working your application until your dues are received, If you understand. please start your application below...

Thank you for your interest in fostering a deserving pet with Heartsong Animal Rescue, we are a non profit organization, and appreciate your time and devotion to a pet in need. Although we do provide all of the food and medical care for our fostered pets, we do have expectations of our foster families. We appreciate any foster who is willing to help with the expense of the pet they are care taking. This allows us to rescue more animals.
