Katrina is a beautiful pure bred German Shepherd that was turned into Animal Control due to lack of love and care. Heartsong rescued her, but then found out that Katrina has a very high positive Heartworm test. Katrina will require several months of care and love while she goes through her treatment. All of this requires time and money. Please donate to help us with this lovely girl.
Heartsong Animal Rescue is in serious need of funds. We have recently rescued several pets that were in desperate need of health care.
Lucy (pictued above) was rescued from a high kill shelter. She is a 5 year old who was used by an owner to have many litters of puppies, after which she was abandoned in poor shape. Even so, Lucy is absolutely loving. She came to us with a high positive test for heartworms. She is doing well but the cost for moving her toward healthy will be high.
100% of all funds donated goes to the animals' care and continued rescues.
